Upload Contact Sheet
Upload a CSV or Excel file with customer information. The file should include headers like: Company Name, Customer ID, Street, City, State, Zip, Phone, Email, Contact Name, etc.
File Format Guidelines:
- Supports CSV and Excel (.xlsx, .xls) files
- First row should contain column headers
- Required: Company Name
- Optional fields: Customer ID, Street, City, State, Zip, Phone, Email, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Contact Name, Contact Phone, Contact Email, # of Estheticians, # of Medical Providers, # of Treatment Rooms, Brands Carried, Lead Temperature (hot/warm/cold)
- System will detect duplicates based on phone number and address
- All imported records will be created as leads by default
